Evoke Your 2018 Intention Through Yoga & Art

This is not your average intention workshop! Come celebrate the new year with a soulful combination of yoga, meditation, journaling, and creative art. Crystal Frazee and Denise LeClaire will lead you through a fun and experiential journey to discover your true vision and transform that into a clear intention for 2018. After a gentle, meditative yoga practice, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with paint and a variety of other materials to make a collage to represent your 2018 intention. No previous art or yoga experience necessary. Early registration is recommended, as space is limited.

Reboot 6-Week Whole Foods Reset

Starts January 8th, 2018 at 6:00-7:30 pm

Join Dr. Frazee in this 6-week whole foods cleanse to reboot your body and reclaim your health. She will lead you through an achievable elimination diet for three weeks with emphasis on all of the delicious and nutritious foods you can enjoy during this time. By taking this break, you allow your body’s systems back to balance. After the cleanse, you will gradually add back all the foods and Dr. Frazee will personally assist you to create a customized eating plan based on your experience during the cleanse. You can expect to have more energy, restore sleep, decrease pain, reduce sugar cravings, and balance hormones by following the Reboot.

Mindful Eating Solution 5-Week Program

Mindful Pain Relief Program

5-Week Program Starting Thursday, January 4th, 2017

7:00pm-8:30 pm On The Path Yoga, Spring Lake

Create your personal pain recovery plan in this unique program that combines evidence-based mind-body tools with lifestyle medicine and high-touch support. You won’t find anything else like this on the lakeshore! Each group class will teach you new practices and skills that you will immediately apply. You will receive recordings and pdf summaries so you can practice between classes. During the 4th week of the program, you will schedule a private consultation with Dr. Frazee to further customize the Mindful Pain Relief Method to your unique situation. You can experience relief from pain and suffering!
