Create your personal pain recovery plan in this unique program that combines evidence-based mind-body tools with lifestyle medicine and high-touch support. You won’t find anything else like this on the lakeshore! Each group class will teach you new practices and skills that you will immediately apply. You will receive recordings and pdf summaries so you can practice between classes. During the 4th week of the program, you will schedule a private consultation with Dr. Frazee to further customize the Mindful Pain Relief Method to your unique situation. You can experience relief from pain and suffering!
